  Very rude. I do not visit often so it took me a few minutes to decide what I wanted. They were not busy at the time but very impatient and rude. Will not be back.

  The food and ice cream is delicious. The banana soft serve is amazing, but their customer service leaves something to be desired. Very rude and unpleasant. I really believe that if they improved their customer service that they wouls be a lot more successful.

  My son , who was 6 at the time, accidentally dropped his ice cream cone and when we went up to the take out window to getanother the server very rudely looked at us and said " he woñt get it for free if thats what you want". I did not expect to get it for free anyway, i was just trying to get my young son another ice cream. We dont go back.

  Want a nice summer treat? Well Parks has a wide variety of frozen goodness that they are known for and they also have some good hot food as well. Good place to bring the family.
