  Placed order on-line. Received confirmation of order. Drove from 140 km away and when I got there was told half the order was canceled. Waited at customer service pick-up desk for over 20 minutes for clarification. Cashier at the service desk was very helpful and tried to resolve the issue with clerk responsible for on-line pick-ups. He was not very friendly nor did he want to resolve the issue. ..

  Staff very helpful.. cashier's are friendly and happy.. but store layout with narrow isles are too narrow for carts especially if someone trying to get by

  What pissed me off was when I went to use my phone a few minutes later, there was a notification asking me to rate my visit. I know how they do it but it's pretty disturbing that they can track wherever you go, even Canadian tire.

  Today I had a flat tire and went in to get help and was told the employees had already clocked out....Service dept closed at 6 and it was 5:50....just another reason to not go back...Thanks for all your help
